车间面积10080平方米，拥有4.5*12米型数控龙门铣床2台、200型数控镗床1台、5米型数控立车1台、160型数控镗床1台，100型滑式钻床4台，配置100、75、50、32吨行车4台，100吨平板推车1台，9*4米水磨式喷漆房1套，6*7*9米喷砂房1套。主要加工产品为风电轮毂、机架，可年产1.5MW-4MW风电轮毂、机架800余件。

The heavy-duty workshop covers an area of 100,80 square meters. There are two CNC planer type milling machines(4.5*12m type), one CNC boring machine(200 type), one CNC Vertical Lathe Machine(5m type), one CNC boring machine(160 type), four slide type drilling machines(100 type), four travelling cranes(load bearing is 100 tons,75 tons, 50 tons and 32 tons), one platform hand truck (load bearing is 100 tons), one set of ink type spray booth(9*4m), one set of sand blasting room(6*7*9m) and such equipment using for welding. At present, the main processed products of heavy-duty workshop are hubs and frames of wind turbines, cylinders of stream turbines and erector. The heavy-duty workshop can process more than 800 sets of megawatt hubs and frames which are finished products of wind turbines per year.
