叶片车间面积10800平方米，拥有固定资产2亿多元，共有设备150余台套。包含哈米勒、法拉利、森精机、马扎克、斗山等进口品牌铣削加工中心及瑞士美盖勒强力磨削机床等，同时具备三坐标、测频、探伤、涂敷等制造资源。目前主要产品为火电、核电、燃机、航空发动机压气机和涡轮叶片等，可加工汽道长72英寸甚至更长的叶片，具有年产各型叶片15万余片的能力。

The blade workshop covers an area of 10800 square meters,fixed assets over 200 million Yuan. There are more than 150 sets of machining facilities including imported CNCs such as C.B.Ferrari CNC 5 axis vertical boring and milling machine, Mori seiki Integrated Mill Turn Center, Hamuel 5 axis machine center, Mazak horizontal CNC, Doosan horizontal CNC, and Magerle 5 axis grinding centers. Also we have the ability of CMM inspection, frequency test, shot peening, micro polishing, coating, and etc. Annual capacity of 150000 pcs of blades including thermal power, nuclear power, gas turbine, aero engine, compressor blades, and turbine blades etc. And we have ability to manufacture the 72 inch airfoil length or longer blades.
